Insolvency and liquidation estates

Whole estates from insolvencies, receiverships, terminated leases and closed sites. One counterparty, one price, one clearance date.

§ 2.1

Where this comes from

GLO Corp grew out of work in accounting and corporate transactions in Europe — the desk where insolvency estates, terminated leases and retired fleets arrive as a problem to be closed. Equipment from these sources is how a small trading house has access to hardware that is otherwise bought to order. Trading in assets from insolvencies is an established line of business in Europe; we treat the origin as part of the documentation, not as something to leave out.

§ 2.2

Who we work with

  • Insolvency administrators and receivers
  • Lessors at end of term or after default
  • Landlords holding equipment after a tenant's exit
  • Banks and creditors holding equipment as security
§ 2.3

What we do

  1. Valuation

From the inventory list, or on site. Indicative valuation within 48 hours of receiving the list; a firm offer after inspection.

  2. Purchase of the whole estate

One agreement, one price. We take the lot including items with little resale value, so the site is cleared.

  3. Removal and logistics

Dismantling, packing, transport and storage arranged by us. Dates fixed in the contract.

  4. Documentation for the file

Purchase agreement, proof of payment before removal, removal protocol with serial numbers, disposal records where items are scrapped.

§ 2.4

What administrators can expect

  • Payment before removal, by bank transfer or through notarial escrow.
  • A removal protocol listing every serial number leaving the site.
  • No conditions tied to resale: our price is not contingent on us finding a buyer.
§ 2.5

What we need from you

Inventory list (any format), location, access conditions, deadline for clearance, whether data-bearing media are included.
