What we do
Six lines of business, one way of working: inspect, document, screen, settle through escrow.
Markets
We buy and sell across the EU internal market. Storage, inspection and settlement are arranged in the country where the goods sit, and transport is booked from there.
-
§ 1
Asset trading
Enterprise and data-centre hardware, both sides of the market.
Compute systems, GPU platforms, servers, storage and networking. We buy from operators who are retiring or replacing equipment and sell to operators and integrators who need it now. Each lot is listed with condition, location and the documents that come with it.
- Counterparties
- Cloud and hosting operators, HPC sites, system integrators, resellers.
- What they get
- A listed position with condition grade, location, documentation and a firm quotation.
-
§ 2
Insolvency and liquidation estates
Whole estates from insolvencies, receiverships, terminated leases and closed sites.
We value the estate, buy it as a whole and take over removal and logistics. Administrators and lessors deal with one counterparty, one price and one clearance date.
This is where GLO Corp comes from: assets that surface in insolvency and corporate transactions, and the work of turning them back into equipment someone can use.
- Counterparties
- Insolvency administrators, receivers, lessors, landlords, banks holding equipment as security.
- What they get
- A single purchase agreement for the whole estate, payment before removal, a removal protocol with serial numbers, a cleared site.
-
§ 3
Sourcing under constrained supply
Hardware the manufacturer quotes in months.
When an OEM lead time does not fit a project, we locate equivalent equipment on the secondary market: unopened stock, cancelled orders, surplus from operators. What we sell is time, not discount.
- Counterparties
- Operators with a dated project and a configuration the OEM cannot deliver in time.
- What they get
- A quotation for a specific configuration and date, with the counterparty screening already done.
-
§ 4
Buy-back and take-back
Surplus, decommissioned, ex-lease and unopened stock.
Send the list. We return a valuation within 48 hours, arrange collection and pay on the agreed terms. Data sanitisation and a per-unit record on request.
- Counterparties
- Operators refreshing a fleet, lessors at end of term, distributors with unopened surplus.
- What they get
- A valuation within 48 hours, collection arranged, payment on agreed terms.
-
§ 5
Cross-border trade and compliance
Counterparty screening, end-user verification, dual-use control, VAT and customs.
Advanced computing hardware is a controlled item. Before any sale we screen the counterparty and its ultimate parent, verify the end user and the end use, and settle the VAT and customs position for the route. Buyers receive the documentation their own compliance function will ask for.
- Counterparties
- Every buyer and seller of controlled hardware.
- What they get
- Screening before quotation, an end-user statement to sign, the VAT and customs position for the route in writing.
-
§ 6
Settlement and logistics
Notarial escrow, inspection window, insured transport, shipment documents.
Funds are held in escrow until the goods are inspected and released. Transport is insured for the invoiced value. Every shipment leaves with a commercial invoice, packing list, serial list and the transport documents for the route.
- Counterparties
- Both sides of every transaction.
- What they get
- Escrow, an inspection window, insured transport, a complete document set.
What we do not do
- We do not sell consumer electronics or components in retail quantities.
- We do not offer goods we have not seen, contracted or been mandated to sell.
- We do not quote manufacturer lead times we cannot document.
- We do not trade through intermediaries in jurisdictions with elevated diversion risk.
- We do not accept payment after testing at the buyer's site in place of escrow.
