Trade register access

Serial lists, photographs, acquisition documentation and inspection appointments sit behind the register. Access is by invitation, because every counterparty is screened before it is granted.

Public listings stay on the availability page. The register adds the documents a buyer's own compliance function will ask for.

Contents

What the register holds

  • Serial lists per position, with the acquisition document that ties them to us.
  • Photographs of packaging, labels and trays, dated.
  • Condition and test records, where the position has them.
  • Inspection slots at the storage location, bookable directly.
  • Export-control classification and the end-user statement to be signed.

Prices are not published in the register either. They are quoted per lot, per date, in writing.

Codes are issued to a named person at a screened counterparty and are not transferable.

Invitation

Tell us who you are and what you trade. We answer within one business day, and we say no when a request does not fit — that is the point of the register.

Reason

Why the register is closed

Advanced computing hardware is a controlled item. Before we release serial numbers or acquisition documents we check the entity, its owners and its ultimate parent company, the end user, the end use and the delivery route. A public register would put that documentation in front of parties we have not checked, and it would put our sellers' records in front of their competitors.

Screening is also why an invitation is quick to obtain for a genuine counterparty and impossible for anyone who will not say who they are.
