Sourcing under constrained supply
Hardware the manufacturer quotes in months, located on the secondary market and delivered against a date. What we sell is time.
What we can source
Accelerator baseboards and trays, GPU servers, high-density storage, switches and optics, spare parts for platforms that are out of the manufacturer's stock. Unopened stock, cancelled orders, surplus from operators, estates.
How we work with lead times
We do not quote manufacturer lead times. Public figures for AI-server lead times are not published by any manufacturer and the numbers that circulate contradict each other. What we quote is availability for a specific configuration on a specific date, with the storage location named.
Why AI-server lead times cannot be quoted from the web sets out what we checked.
How verification works, and why it comes first
Screening is done before quotation, not after. We check the buying entity, its ultimate parent, the end user, the end use and the delivery route. For advanced computing items this is a legal requirement, and it is also the reason our quotations hold: a price is only useful if the transaction can close.
What we need from buyers
- Configuration or part numbers
- Quantity
- Delivery location and required date
- End use
- Ownership structure of the buying entity
How pricing works
A firm quotation for a named configuration, valid for the number of days stated on it. Settlement through escrow. Inspection before release.
