Access to serial lists and photographs runs through the trade register, which is open to invited counterparties.

At the supplier's location, by appointment, once an NDA is in place. Scope is agreed before the visit and recorded in a protocol signed by both sides.

Advanced computing item (EU dual-use list 3A090; US ECCN 3A090). Transfer within the EU does not require an export licence. Export outside the EU is subject to licensing. Every counterparty and its ultimate parent are screened before quotation; an end-user statement is required.
Settlement

Escrow settlement through a notary or an agreed escrow agent. Funds are released against the signed inspection protocol. Transport is insured for the invoiced value. Splitting a lot is possible where the position allows it.
